Born in Amsterdam in 2002, Femke van der Hulst is the founder and mother agent of her own agency, Faces by Femke MA, working alongside her practice as a creative director, casting director, and producer. Her multidisciplinary approach shapes distinctive visual narratives, informed by a refined eye for character, presence, and long-term potential. With experience scouting across the UK mainland Europe her agency-led perspective naturally extends into her casting and creative direction, guiding the worlds she builds from talent to final image.
