This role was part of live fashion production and backstage coordination, working on the University fashion showcase for Graduate Fashion Week 2025 with the NTU Fashion Design & Knitwear team. It offered a hands-on experience across both pre-production and show execution, contributing to the wider presentation of the graduating designers’ collections.

The work extended beyond a single role, involving support across multiple stages of the project. In the lead-up to the show, I assisted with production for the promotional video content, helping to shape how the collections were communicated visually before the live event. During the show itself, I worked as a model producer assistant, supporting the organisation and flow of models throughout all days of the showcase.

The environment was fast-paced and collaborative, requiring adaptability, clear communication, and attention to detail to ensure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Being involved across the full process gave a clear understanding of how live fashion presentation is built from multiple moving parts.

I supported model production and assisted across both promotional content and show execution, working closely with the wider production team throughout all days of the event.
