"In an imagined world I would float around from
place to place, and not care where I am or who I see
and who sees me."
Violet’s World explored the idea of existing without attachment — moving freely between spaces, unconcerned with perception or judgement. In collaboration with Tabitha Easterbrook, the casting process became central to expressing this sense of ease and emotional distance.
The model was selected for her ability to convey a quiet detachment — someone who could appear present, yet not fully anchored. Rather than projecting outward or engaging directly with the viewer, her energy felt inward and self-contained, aligning with the concept of drifting between places unnoticed.
